Deliveries are made to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and not to other countries.
Delivery times are estimates. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you and refund any payments already made.

SECTION 17 – PAYMENT TERMS

We accept the payment methods specified in the shop.
Payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and default interest.

SECTION 18 – RIGHT OF RETURN / CANCELLATION

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland.
However, we voluntarily grant a 14-day return policy from receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging.
The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Customized products or products made to customer specifications are excluded from the right of return.

SECTION 19 – WARRANTY

The statutory warranty period of two years from delivery applies.
In case of defects, you are entitled to rectification or replacement. If this fails, you can demand a price reduction or – in the case of significant defects – contract cancellation.

SECTION 20 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the customer's place of residence. For all other disputes, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Haas-Velorelle.

SECTION 21 – LANGUAGE VERSIONS

In case of doubt, the German version of these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
