How can I best care for my products so that I can wear my favourite item for a long time?

Since different products require different care and washing methods, we have included care instructions directly in the description of each product. We recommend a gentle wash cycle at low temperatures and an active detergent for all products.

How do I find my size?

We have included a size chart in the product description so that your favorite outfit not only looks good, but also fits perfectly.

How can I return an item?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send you a return label for a small fee.

Which items are excluded from returns?

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unworn products with the original tags attached. Thank you for your understanding that socks are excluded from returns.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. This usually takes 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped via Swiss Post, you will receive an email with further information.

Where are the products manufactured?

We place great importance on manufacturing our products in Europe. Our suppliers produce in Italy, Portugal, and Poland, using partially recycled materials.

How much are the shipping costs?

Orders over CHF 100 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.
