Shipment

• Delivery area
  We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

• Delivery times
  The delivery time is usually 2–5 working days from confirmation of the order.
  Please note that longer delivery times may occur due to high demand or supply shortages. As a small, sustainable company, we strive to always have sufficient stock on hand and will keep you informed.

• Shipping costs
  Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
  We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 100 .

• Shipping service provider
  Shipping is usually via Swiss Post. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

• Return period
  You can return unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• Conditions
  Returns are only possible if the items are unused, complete and undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  

• Return shipping costs
  The return shipping costs are CHF 3.95 and are borne by the buyer. However, should the return be due to an error on our part, we will of course cover the costs.

• refund
  Once we have inspected the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
